Abstract
Technological innovation is research and development and finally began to achieve dynamic process of market and te-chnology innovation system is composed of a number of system elements of the dynamic interaction of complex systems,with open,dynamic,nonlinear,uncertainties and other complex characteristics.The linear perspective and the traditional linear model can no longer apply to the analysis of technical innovation system and evaluation,technical innovation evaluation by the linear,static model to nonlinear,dynamic model of the development path.The rapid development of nonlinear science for better evaluation of technology innovation provides an important theoretical tool.This technological innovation at home and abroad about evaluation methods,based on factors relating to the evaluation of technological innovation,especially innovation and innovation systems analysis made environmental factors.The use of Tom cusp catastrophe theory the technological innovation capacity and technological innovation environment for technological innovation changes the state of underlying mechanisms.That technological innovation is the technological innovation changes the nature of the state,technological innovation and technological innovation environment state change operation,and on this basis,given the technical innovation evaluation methods and steps.This paper aims to further study the issues of technological innovation diffusion evaluation of thinking.
