Abstract
The experiment was designed to investigate effects of 37℃ heat stress on the development of experimental colibacillosis in broiler chickens. The results showed that: Under the heat stress, the clinical signs and pathological changes of broiler chickens with colibacillosis were less severe, the mortality was significantly lower(P0.01),the body temperature and respiration rate were significantly higher(P0.01) than those of the broiler chickens with only E.coli infection. The conclusion: the development of experimental colibacillosis in broiler chickens may be blocked in a way under the 37℃ heat stress.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
