Abstract

Objective To investigate the protein expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3in gastric carcinoma and lymph node. Methods 30 cases of gastric carcinoma tissue,30 cases of gastric severe dysplasia and 40 lymph nodes were enrolled in the study. The expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3 was detected by immunohistochmical staining method. Results The expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3on cell membrane and cytoplasmic expression in positive tissues were found. The positive expression of HLA-Ⅰ was observed in 16.67% gastric carcinoma cases and 40% gastric severe dysplasia, and there was a significant difference between the two kinds of tissues(P0.05). The positive expressions of CD68were observed in 36.67% gastric carcinoma cases and 26.67% gastric severe dysplasia, and there was no significant difference between the two kinds of tissues(P0.05). The positive expressions of CD3 were observed in 20% gastric carcinoma cases and 36.67% gastric severe dysplasia, and there was no significant difference between the two kinds of tissues(P0.05).The expressions of CD68and CD3were found in 20% and 35% lymph node. The expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3 had linear correlation with each other. Conclusion The expression of HLA-Ⅰon gastric carcinoma decreases. The expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68and CD3has a linear correlation with each other in gastric carcinoma.
