Abstract

The real-time database system is emerging. Because of the real-time demand of its transaction processing, the conventional concurrency control mechanism meets the serious challenge. Proceeding analysis on the three conflicts which often arise in concurrency operations, a new concurrency control is put forward based on the conventional Two-phase locking and improved its locking mechanism. The concurrency degree at the cost of room is enhanced so that the latency time and the deadlock phenomenon are greatly reduced, which effectively satisfy the real-time demand of system.
