Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the expression changes of related apoptosis genes of the lung cancer cell line A549 treated by re- combinant rsTRAIL.METHODS 50μg·L~(-1) rsTRAIL was added in the cultured cells,untreated culture cells were used as the control.Cells were harvested for mRNA extraction,then the genes array was analyzed.RESULTS In 96 analyzed apoptosis genes,the expression of 21 genes was up-regulated.At the same time,the expression of the other 17 genes was down-regulated.After being treated by TRAIL.CONCLUSION TRAIL regulates the apoptosis related functional genes for the regulation of the apoptosis signal transduction of the lung cancer cells.The p53 gene is not changed in the treatment.
