Abstract
Effect of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics in flag leaf and yield of six different fertilizer and water types of wheat were studied under the condition of cultivation under rain-proof shelter. The results showed that net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, stomatal limitation value and water use efficiency of flag leaf were decreased under drought stress after anthesis, while the intercellular CO2 concentration increased at the same time. The net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, stomatal limitation value and leaf water use efficiency of cultivars Yannong 21,Yannong 24 and Jimai 22 used for irrigated field were lower and decreased in a large amplitude under drought stress. While net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, stomatal limitation value and leaf water use efficiency of cultivars Qingmai 6,Jihan 5034 and Lumai 21 used for dry land were relatively higher and declined more slowly, and intercellular CO2 concentration was much lower.Qingmai 6 could maintain relatively superior leaf structure and functional status under drought stress, which was a reason achieving a relatively higher yield, and relatively high drought resistance index.
