Abstract
By inducing hungry T.molitor larvae to generate immune response via feeding with bacteria and fungi or actinomycete respectively after pricking, the antimicrobial peptides extracts were obtained by grinding and centrifuging the cultures. And the antimicrobial activity of the extracts against 24 plant fungi were measured by bacteriostatic ring, and frequencies of the first three antimicrobial activity treatments were analyzed with statistics. The results indicated that the proper inducing treatment of the antimicrobial peptides from T.molitor effectively against plant fungi were preliminary acquired, and the methods of inducing treatment could be very important to develop insect including T.molitor antimicrobial peptides
