Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Traditional Dairy Industry in Yunnan Eryuan

This is the China Program Center under the guidance of the project team in the International Finance Corporation(IFC-CPDF).50 model dairy farming households of Eryuan in Yunnan have the approach ofthe baseline survey analysis-experts research problem training-return visit after training-experts retraining.Theoretical basis based on cross-discipline of agriculture-forestry economic management and animal science has indicated the existing problems of the dairy farming tradition and the bottleneck of economy benefit not high in Eryuan.Through the experts'guidance and training for government,dairy enterprises,project popularization groups and dairy farmers,we has got amalgamation of modern farming technology and traditional breeding techniques in Eryuan,improving the advancement of introduction,selection and hybridization of local dairy,and scientific characters of breeding technology,ingredients,feeding methods.Dairy farming has ameliorated feeding methods of breed aquatics technology and has improved the yield and quality family dairy.Eryuan dairy breed aquatics science level will play an exemplary role in development of dairy industry in southwest areas.
