Abstract
The chemical industry is a key industry in our country, which takes an very important part in the economy. However, the chemical industry need a lot of energy and resource all the time, and is facing the crisis of short of energy and raw materials. With the development of the recycle economy, chemical industry would find his own way of developing. According to the feature of the industry, based on some examples of the leading company who pushed the recycle economy both domestic and abroad, the level of the company and the level of the industry park, through 3R method are analysed. At last, a way should be tried to find for the further development of chemical industry: the industry park.
