Abstract
The development status and existing problems of Gansu agricultural science and technology was analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,the meanings and thoughts of constructing agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems of Gansu province was introduced.The developing suggestions was put forward as follows: constructing specialized finance and operation of Gansu agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems;deepening the reform of management structure and constructing the long effect mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological innovation;strengthening innovation talent training;setting up agricultural scientific and technological innovation systems at provincial level.
