Abstract
Knowledge economy becomes the new economic appearance of 21th century , knowledge is the decisive factor to individual , business enterprise , even the whole nation development . As the center of knowledge , high -tech industry becomes primary impetus to the economy . Analysizing the present condition of our nation high-tech industry , this paper brings up some suggestions on how to develop it.
