Analysis of perioperative nursing for 57 cases of old patients with colon cancer complicated by intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the effective way of perioperative nuring for old patients with colon cancer complicated by intestinal obstruction.Methods 57 old patients with colon cancer complicated by obstruction were as the therapeutic treatment group for performing intraoperative and postoperative care.To observe the care efficacy,and to give the effectively preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing.To investigate the postoperative recovery,and compare with the control group including 49 patients younger than the therapeutic group.Results The incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction,and cut infection were 7.02%,5.26%,and 8.78%,in the treatment group and 10.0%,5.0%,and 10.0% in the control group respectively.Comparing 2 groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).There was no operative mortality.All patients were discharged from hospital after treatment.Conclusion With preoperative active preparations,postoperative close observation,and prevetion of complications,the old patients with colon cancer complicated by intestinal obstruction can get better nursing results.
