Abstract
When leaching vanadium from stone coal, adding JDTV01 can obviously improve leaching rate of vanadium and reduce dosage of sulfuric acid. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, additive dosage,solid-liquid ratio, leaching temperature and leaching time etc on vanadium leaching rate are investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test method. The results show that leaching rate of vanadium is of 98.4% under the optimization conditions the sulfuric acid concentration of 20%,additive dosage of 1.5%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶1,leaching temperature of 95℃ and leaching time of 11 h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
