Abstract
Through interpretation of design targets, structures, and cooperating functions within modules, that is based on WebOCR system serving XML Web, this paper presents the research of WebOCR system that aims to offer this kind of service. The system is build up in the latest distributed technique, XML Web Service, and it integrates the OCR technology.
