Abstract
Pulsed of time-of-flight laser range sensor measure the distance between sensor and target by calculate the flight time of laser.Pulsed laser range sensor adopt Spl pl90 laser diode as laser emitter,PerkinElmer C30737 APD was used in photoelectric detection circuit,MSP430f449 MCU as the core of control system.in order to increase measurement accuracy,use a special time-digitalconverter chip to design a high time interval measure module which adopts the delay line interpolation method,and the maximum time resolution is 65 ps.The sensor has lower power consumption and high precision.
