Research on Public Service Outsourcing Quality Control Based on Public Evaluation——From the Perspective of Double Contract

By adopting evaluation of publics,this paper builds a public service outsourcing quality control model to urge government and enterprise input more supervision and prevention cost.As the best price deduction factor can be received on this basis,it becomes an encouragement measure for the service vendors,which provides theoretical reference for the government contract design of public service outsourcing.
