Abstract

Objective:To investigate the achievement ratio and safety of Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biliary drainage in patients with obstructive jaundice.Method: 56 patients with obstructive jaundice underwent percutaneous biliary drainage guided by ultrasonography.Result: Percutaneous biliary drainage were successful in 51 patients. The degression of hemobilirubin was marked, and no severe complications occurred. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biliary drainage is a safe and effective procedure for patients with obstructive jaundice.
