Abstract
This study reported that the hapten of chlorpyrifos was synthesized by using chlorpyrifos reacted with 3-marcapropanoic acid.The hapten was conjugated to bovine serum albumin(BSA) and ovalbumin(OVA) with the dicyclohexylcarbodimide method to form artificial immune antigen and coating antigen.The anti-chlorpyrifos polyclonal antibodies with high titer were obtained by using the artificial immune antigen to immune in the rabbits,and the titer is 1:160 000 for antiserum.The standard curves are confirmed by experiments,the real detection limit of the ELISA was 0.5 μg.L-1 with an I50 value of 18.2 μg.L-1 and the linear ranging from 1.8 to 1 000 μg.L-1.
