Abstract
The sensitivity of genotypes in wheat to strains of Agrobacterium tumefaciens and the ability of A.tumefaciens infected to the wheat were investigated with mature embryos calli of wheat(Yunfengyou,Linyou145,Zhongyou9507) and strains of A.tumefaciens C58c1,EHA105 and LBA4404 which including plasmid pCAMBI1301(p1301) respectively. The results showed that the sensitivity of genotypes in wheat to A.tumefaciens was significant.Linyou145 was the most sensitive strain to A.tumefaciens.The ability of A.tumefaciens infected mature embryos calli in wheat was different.C58c1 including plasmid pCAMBI1301 was easier to infect mature embryos calli of the wheat.
