Problems and Solutions in Development of High-tech Industries in Jiangsu Province

Growth of high-tech industries is both the competitive focus of global modernization and the driving force of China's economy.With rapid development of Jiangsu economy,computer,electronics,telecommunications and medicine have become leading industries,high-tech industries based on high-tech parks along the Yangtze River has become the new point of growth,accompanied by quickly expanded industrial scale,enhanced competitive power among enterprises,improved export-oriented degree and more balanced internal structure.However,some problems arise,such as small scale,lower profit payments and tax turnover and lack of technical innovation.The paper offers some solutions to these problems so as to promote comprehensive strength and international competitive capacity of Jiangsu economy.
