Abstract
According to the demands of the remote control of GPIB program-controlled signal generator,a virtual testing system was established. With the virtual instrument technology, the testing system uses labWindows/CVI as software development platform and GPIB bus instrument and computer as hardware platform. The computer with GPIB interface card and the program-controlled signal generator are connected by GPIB bus,and they composes the virtual instrument module, whose hardware functions are realized by software. VISA is adopted to programme and compile the instructions for the progtam-control instrument. It is compatible with the GPIB devices. The testing system realized the remote transceiving of data from the program-controlled signal generator and function set.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
