Abstract
The influences of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed ultra-high strength 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel were investigated by mechanical test and scanning electron microscop(SEM).The phase diagram of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel was obtained by thermo-calc software. The results show that the tension strength and yield strength of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel first rise up to peak value, then decline with the increase of tempering temperature. The impact energy takes on decline trend as a whole and the impact fracture transition is from cavity fracture to quasi-cleavage fracture. The optimal tempering temperature of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel is 240 ℃.
