Abstract
The digital library construction is the direction of the development of library construction,and form of the library in the fu-ture.Clearly recognizing the superiority and the characteristic of the digital library and difference between the traditional library and the digital library,and understanding digital library meaning,and paying attention and solving main question of digital library con-struction is a link which our country digital library construction in the present stage must first pay attention to.
