Mobile Library Information Services Based on 3G

Abstract

Mobile library is the development direction of digital library and the inevitable product of mobile internet era.This paper describes the development of 3G and mobile library,and analyzes the design strategy and constructs a system framework of mobile library services.Finally,we propose the mobile information services of interpersonal interaction model with Web2.0 combination.
