Abstract
Objective:To determine the effect of methylbenzene on meiosis of spermatocyte from mouse testis. Methods:Using germ cells in meiosis as material to make sections, the changes of meiosis phases of spematocyte were analyzed. Results:There were no differences in low methylbenzene concentration compared with controls(P0.05),but the effects were significant compared with controls when methylbenzene concentration were in moderate and high level(P0.01,P0.01).Conclusion:The methylbenzene which the concentrations were in moderate and high level had a positive inhibition to meiosis of spermatocyte from mouse testis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
