To Improve Employees' Quality and Establish Corporate Culture of Innovation

Abstract

Corporate culture plays an important role to keep superiority of enterprises in competition of market.If the corporate culture is successful is decided by the employees' quality mostly.Therefore,to establish corporate culture of innovation,we should take the improvement of employees' quality as a starting point,strengthen employees' identify with enterprise and their consciousness of mission,so as to realize the common values and goals between employees and enterprises.
