Programming and Realization of Serial Communication in C++Builder5 Based MSComm Control

Abstract

The serial interface possesses the good qualities of connecting simply, using conveniently and data transfering credibly, so it has gained abroad appliance in realtime control system. The method of serial communication′s programming with Microsoft Communication Control in the Windows 98 platform was discussed, the approach of serial communication′s programming which was based on the technique of ActiveX in C Builder5.0 is expatiated. The method is simpleness and credibility. It can shorten programming period greatly and reduce the work of the programmer.
