Abstract
Aiming at the activities and present conditions in construction market the author claims that we should all-roundly supervise the contract from the angle of law,expounds how to avoid signing an invalid contract and its forms,analyses the harm and damage of the invalid construction contract and proposes the relavant suggestions and methods.
