Abstract
Innovation was the driving force for the survival and development.Pharmaceutical industry was also inseparable from constant innovation.Enormous economic benefits of pharmaceutical industry in the future were doomed to rely on development and perfection of innovative medicines industry.Innovative pharmaceutical industry in China with the following three parts were focused in the paper:the innovative drug research and development process,research management,and the marketing strategy of industrialization of China's pharmaceutical industry.The constructive direction on industrialization development of innovative drugs was put forward and a feasible path to the pharmaceutical industry's healthy and rapid development was provided.
