Effects of Ulinastatin Combined with Xuebijing Injection in Treatment of Septic Shock :a Clinical Analysis

[Objective]Observe the blood will be a net joint company he d auxiliary treatment of septic shock in the clinical curative effect.[Methods]:80 cases of patients with septic shock,according to random number table method,divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group the routine treatment,the treatment group in the control group therapy basis,giving the company he d 100000 U and physiological saline 100 mL,blood will net injection 100 mL and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL intravenous drip,Ed 1 week.A week after the treatment outcome.[Results]The two groups of BUN and AST,and of Cr,and ALT before treatment were higher performance(P0.05),72 hours after treatment were lower,but compared with the control group,significant decrease of the observation group,the two groups statistically different(P0.05).Lactate levels and serum hs-CRP in the two groups before treatment was no significant difference(P 0.05),72 hours after treatment decreased the amplitude of the observation group was more significant(P0.05).Line 72h after treatment,observation group total effective rate was 95% in the control group was 75% in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The blood will be a net joint company he d treatment of infectious shock with high safety and effectiveness,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
