The Relationship between Serum-ascites Albumin Grads and Esophageal Varice in Decompensatory Cirrhosis Patients with Ascites

Objective Research the relationship between serum-ascites albumin grads(SAAG) and Esophageal varice in decompensatory cirrhosis patients.Methods Collect the medical record of 122 decompensatory cirrhosis patients with ascites.The blood example is taken to measure the concentration of albumin,and the ascites example to measure the concerntration of the albumin,Gastroscopy is taken to every patient to oberve the grade of esophageal varice.Results The SAAG is different in 3 groups of patients with esophageal varice,The difference of SAAG between 3 groups of patients with esophageal varice is significant statistically,SAAG is (12.5±1.3) g/L in the group of patients of grade I esophageal varice,(15.9±2.1)g/L in the group of patients of grade II esophageal varice,(17.9±2.2)g/L in the group of patients of grade Ⅲ esophageal varice.The difference of incidiences rate of esophageal varices bleeding between.Group of grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅰ 、Ⅱ esophageal varice is significant ststistically.Conclusion SAAG can differ the 3 groups of patients with esophageal varice.SAAG is (17.7±2.0) g/L strongly predicts the happening of esophageal varices bleeding.
