Abstract
According to present situation and some problems in area of 3D modeling,technology of interactive 3D modeling based on openGL was given.From view of engineering application,some questions were discussed,including principles of OpenGL,3D modeling algorithm based on 2D section planes,interactive division and smooth processing technology for section plane.Finally,a simulation system based on openGL was developed.
