Abstract

Previous publications neglected heat transfer conditions in the steam generator in thermal optimization of reactor what strong measure assumptions of this kind influence the results. It is further indicated that through a thermal optimization calculation the range for the most suitable interpretation can be ascertained by certain hypothesis. A generally applicable optimal interpretation is still not given. The economic advantages of an optimal thermal interpretation of a reactor plant are discussed. In reactor development for the industrial production of energy by reactors, the possibility of thermal interpretations and cost lowerings will be utilized. (tr-auth)
