Abstract
Influential factors analysis on electricity price is the precondition of doing electricity price forecasting well,and it is important for the electricity price forecasting to analyze electricity price form mechanism as well as find the main influential factors. The influential factors on the electricity price are analyzed after a review of the deregulation process of power industry; then PJM electricity market is studied, quantitative analysis on the influential factors of monthly average price in PJM is taken to provide useful information for the price forecasting and market analysis.
