Diagnosis and Management of Erectile Dysfunction

Abstract

It is common that men are suffered from erectile dysfunction (ED).ED can result from psychogenic and organic factors.Diagnosis of ED must first estimate the patient's sexual function with international index of erectile function (IIEF) besides inquiring the case history,sometimes also take the special exam-inations.The basic managements are classified into three stages,Oral Uiagra,Vacuum constrictive department and intracorporal injection are the main methods now.Penile prostheses implant is the remedial method only when the non-operative therapy is failure.
