Abstract
Sports behaviors are both restricted by individual physiological and psychological characteristics and influenced by social cultural environment and economic situations.Behaviors of college students are mostly random exercises.It is an urgent and important subject to grasp the sports behavior of college students and analyze the main factors influencing the sports behavior of college students so as to take effective interfering measures.Based on the individualities of college students,this paper analyzes the status quo of the sports behavior of college students in regular colleges and universities,explores their characteristics,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions so as to provide references for the reform of physical education courses in regular colleges and universities.
