Abstract
The economic responsibility auditing is an effective system to implement staff investigation and evaluation system, which can prevent corruption fundamentally. The article discusses the present condition and future of the economic responsibility auditing and points out that we should enhance the system construction, thus we can establish and implement the staff management mechanism with Chinese characters by system innovation.
