The exploration and practice of clinical skills teaching reform based on the position requirements in clinical medicine

There were many problems in current three-year medical vocational teaching Course with its monotonous content did not meet the job requirements.The teaching methods were outdate and single and effective assessment and evaluation mechanisms were lacked.Based on recognizing the above problems,we carried out a series of clinical skills teaching reform.We created practical courses facing the work,used a variety of teaching methods,improved practical skills for work job,and developed community-oriented multi-station clinical skills assessment standards,improved clinical skills evaluation system,and achieved better teaching results.
