The Configuration and the Application of VLAN on Multi Switches

Abstract

With the boom of networks,a large number of broadcast messages on networks cause the transmission efficiency much lower than before.To solve this problem,local virtual area network technology(VLAN) is proposed.This paper introduces the VLAN and mainly focuses on how to solve the deluge of the network second layer broadcast message.Based on RUIJIE S2126 switch,a VLAN network connection project is designed and implemented.
