On the Christianity's Spreading in Tang and Yuan Dynasty of China

Abstract

s:Christianity a worldwide religion, appeared in China long ago. it had more than 200 years from Nestoriansm, a faction of Christianity (Called JinJiao in Chinese), introduced into China in Tang Dynasty in 7th century AD. Untill WuZhongsHuiChang Forbidding Buddhain 845 AD., When Mongolia rose in 13th century, JinJiao and Catholicism were introduced into China again, and then spread for more than 100 years. The study on the early history of Christianity in China is helpful to understand the Sinowestern cultural communication in Tang and Yuan Dynasty.
