Abstract
In order to investigate the shear bearing capacity of the floor slab in staggered-truss system, the analysis on a design scheme of staggered-truss is carried out by using ETABS.Based on the result of finite element analysis of the 1∶3 model, the shear bearing behavior of the floor slab, the internal force and aseismic behavior of the shear connectors under the lateral load can be summarized. The results show that the staggered-truss system has a high capacity to resist the lateral load.
