Construction on Evaluation Index System of Gymnastics Coach Knowledge Structure

This paper,taking the 51 gymnastics coaches who taking part in 2008 Hunan Gymnastics judge trai-ning camp as research subject,using the method of investigation and level analysis,makes investigation on know-ledge structure of Hunan gymnastics coaches.The main purpose is to explore the knowledge structure of gymnastics coaches and find out what factors constitute a part of,their respective requirements,etc.what is the specific content.With a view to provide reference for training the knowledge structure of gymnastics coaches.
