Abstract
The genes related to symbiotic nitrogen fixation of Rhizobium legume involve genes of Rhizobium and Leguminous host plant.Genes of Rhizobium include nodulation genes(nodD,nodABCIJ and hsn),genes relevant to cell superficial structure of Rhizobium(exs, lps and ndv)and nitrogen fixation genes(nif and fix).Genes of Leguminous host plant are nodulin genes(ENOD and NOD).Nodulation factors are induced when nodulation genes of Rhizobium are expressed. These genes related to symbiotic nitrogen fixation are transmitted and expressed differently between Rhizobium and Leguminous plant in root nodule development. They are regulated by nodulation factors and plant hormones.
