A practical data structure model for the object of database application system

Abstract

In database application system,the database model is an important base of the whole system.An application software is built on the database model.So the application object of the application software should relate to the database model.Database conception model based on E_R model is the key of the database model design.A new data structure model for the database application system object is proposed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of application system object and the characteristics of object-oriented system based on E_R models.The mapping relationship between the data structures of application system objects and E_R models is studied.The E_R model is amended and supplemented in some aspects.The experiment shows that the object model of database application system,which is built based on this model,is very simple and effective.
