Abstract
Stylistics puts much stress on the deformation of literary language.Cummings is well known for his re- form of language and words.His poems bring the readers a new horizon.Cummings pursues the effect of drawing when he writes poems.To understand his poems well,the readers should understand them from the view of stylistics and read them from a perspective of appreciating paintings.
