Abstract
On the basis of kinematics analysis of engine crank-connecting rod mechanism,a virtual prototyping model of engine crank-connecting rod mechanism is established and the kinematics analysis is discussed in detail by using 3Ddesign software of Pro/E.By the simulation, the movement disciplines of piston including velocity and acceleration are obtained. The finite element analysis of crankshaft is carried out by the software of Algor, and the stress, the distortion and the fatigue life for crankshaft are analysed. The analysis results provide the reference for the optimization design of engine crank-connecting rod mechanism.
