Abstract

It is known that the benefit of policy investment is indirect, macroscopic and far reaching, so the scientific method is the base and presupposition for measuring the reasonability of policy investment. This thesis intends to study the method of measuring benefit for policy investment and analyze policy investment of Hebei Province Construction Investment Company with this method.
