Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features and the causes of misdiagnosis of non Hodgkins lymphoma in nasal cavity and pharynx. Methods 10 patients of NHL in nasal cavity and pharynx were analysed retrospectively. Results NHL in nasal cavity and pharynx were often misdiagnosised as nasal polips, chronic rhinitis and sinusitis, choronic pharyngitis,et al.All patients got their final diagnosis by pathology and immunohistochemistry. Conclusion The clinical features of NHL were non characteristic and complex. In order to avoid the misdiagnosis, the following three points must be attentioned:①careful clinic examination.②repeated exact biopsy.③accurate pathology diagnosis and immunohistochemistry.
