A person with moral character can be relied upon to his moral behavior consistently over a time.His moral behavior can be relied upon his morality will.His morality will can be relied upon his morality cognition and emotion.There are three kinds of factors that make one character development: the individual morality cognition is the guide factor,the emotion is the motive factor,and the will is the process factor.
