The Literature Review on Multinational Corporations' Motives for R&D Internationalization

Abstract

Based on the difference between subjects and objects of RD internationalization,this study divides the models of MNEs' RD internationalization into four categories,that is tradition,catch-up,modern and expansion. In addition,it elaborates the extant research on motivations of four modes of RD internationalization respectively.
